1.use the all kindsof ink,like the water ink,oil ink and so on.Printing area is small or big as per you deisgn
2.Printing effect is better than flexible and gravure printing machine,the flexible printing inkthickness is 10 micrometer,the gravure printing inkthinkness is 12micrometer, Screen printing inkthinkess is 30 micrometer,the screen printing sensity is 2.0 more than the flexible and gravure printing machine(1.6,1.8)
3.Flat Screen printing parts is a little hole to leak ink,the black patys is not little hole to leak ink,so the darmknife push to forming the printing parts.
4.High precision of printing controlled by servo motor.With double unwinding & rewinding air shaft.
Magnetic powder brake for unwinding tension control.magnetic powder clutch for rewinding
5.Dried by 3 groups of heating lamps, each group can be controlled independently. It's not affected by weather, more efficient than natural air drying,
6.Screen frame in different sizes is available, just move the screen frame clamp.
Single color printing machine can print second or third time, but it has not same effect as two color printing 7.machine.Two color non-woven fabric screen printing machine(have two group parts) can print 2 colors each time. The line composition is Feeding part, First Printer, First IR Dryer, Second Printer, Second IR Dryer and Collecting Part. Water based ink is suited for shopping bags.
